Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she played volleyball as a defensive specialist. A Yutan, Nebraska, native, Erin was a three-sport athlete who has always been passionate about health and fitness.

What motivates Erin:
“As a licensed physical therapist, I love helping patients through the rehabilitation process, and I love watching movement patterns that can affect an athlete’s performance – from the young, beginner athlete to the professional athlete. It’s rewarding to assist pre- and post-natal clients re-establish core stabilization and help the geriatric population find safe exercises that allow them to continue doing what they love despite the aging process.”
“I have always loved fitness through the sports arena, but it wasn’t until a couple years after I graduated college that I found Pilates and later decided to pursue physical therapy. I love seeing the immediate benefit my clients see from physical therapy and Pilates. Many people struggle through ailments they think they have to live with, and I love showing them avenues that can lead them to a pain-free lifestyle.”
