Jeff Booher is from Brookings, SD where he grew up participating in football, baseball, basketball and track. He was a high school All-American in football and basketball and was the SD Basketball Player of the Year. Jeff then became an All-American in basketball at South Dakota State University.
Jeff is also a physical therapist and athletic trainer for the PGA Tour. When not at Peak Physical Therapy, he can be found traveling around the country taking care of the world’s best golfers.
Jeff has written articles for or been a contributing editor for Golf Magazine, Golf Digest, Senior Golfer, the Wall Street Journal and the USA Today. He wrote the chapter on golf in the Team Physician’s Handbook, 3rd edition. Jeff has also conducted continuing education seminars for healthcare professionals and has been a speaker at numerous physical therapy and athletic training conventions. He was the keynote speaker at the British Osteopathic Convention in England.
Jeff and his wife Jeanne have three kids: Nick, Tori and Max. He has his Masters in physical therapy from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and his athletic training degree from South Dakota State University.

Bryce grew up in Seward, Nebraska where he played sports his entire life. He played baseball, football and wrestled through high school. Bryce attended Doane College where he majored in biology and played baseball before graduating in 2016. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from UNMC in Omaha in 2019.
Bryce enjoys treating patients of all age groups but specifically enjoys sports and balance rehab. He is certified in Blood Flow Restriction training. In his free time, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and his Toy Aussie Kona.

Austin Alford is a graduate of the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy in December of 2020. He attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville to earn his bachelor’s degrees in May of 2018. While in Kingsville, Austin earned his certification through the American College of Sports Medicine as a certified exercise physiologist.
Austin spent his first two years in Midwest Kansas working in the private practice setting where he worked with a large variety of conditions and medical complexities. Most of his recent experience has involved rural outpatient orthopedics and geriatric care. He has also worked with many different post-operative conditions as well. In June of 2022, Austin became certified through the American Institute of Balance with vestibular and concussion management credentials. He has also been trained with soft tissue tools through Rock Tape FMT.
Austin has two beagles, Mollie and Roscoe. He enjoys spending his free time traveling and hanging out with his girlfriend, Kadie. He is a Texas native with family in both Texas and Kansas. When the weather is nice, Austin enjoys spending time going for walks on nature trails and kayaking.

Office Manager
Michelle Sipherd is a lifelong Lincoln native. Prior to being the office manager at Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, Michelle earned her nursing license and was an urgent care nurse for four years.
Michelle then raised 4 children with her husband, Aaron. Before taking the office manager position at Peak Physical Therapy, she taught Pilates, spin classes and performed personal training at Peak.

Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor
Kristin is a Lincoln local and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2008 and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at University of Nebraska Medical Center Lincoln in 2018.
She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Over her career, her focus has been family practice, orthopedic surgery, urology, urgent care, hospice, and dementia care.
In April of 2018, Kristin received her certificate as a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner through the NCCDP. Also in 2018, she was awarded the “CVS Health Advanced Practice Scholarship”. Kristin was awarded the “Who’s Who Among Nurses” award in 2008.
She is also a Certified Stott Reformer Pilates Instructor and teaches locally. Her medical practice reflects an emphasis on wholistic health and wellness through nutrition and physical activity. Kristin’s career is marked by charity work. She has volunteered as a summer camp nurse, developed medical programs in her local church and volunteers at Clinic with A Heart.
When Kristin is not working, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, mentoring, running, and traveling.

Kota was born along the plains of Missouri and moved to Lincoln when he was 8 weeks old. When he turned 9 weeks old, he got a job at Peak Physical Therapy and has been proudly helping patients ever since. Kota prides himself on keeping a paw-sitive attitude for his patients.
Kota loves playing fetch with his frisbee and spending time with his owner, Jeff.
